All are welcome to join us for HANK sangha Monday evening practice at 7:25pm on Zoom. We'll have a sutra service and zazen meditation. After the first period of zazen, we'll have the chance to share "Practice Reflections."
Zazen and Dharma Talk
All are welcome to join us for Monday evening practice with Hank sangha. We'll have a sutra service, zazen, and Bob Waldinger, Roshi, will give a dharma talk followed by an opportunity for dialogue after the talk.
